The Ecuadorian Journal of Educational Research publishes original scientific articles, both theoretical and applied, across diverse areas of knowledge from a multidisciplinary perspective. Submitted manuscripts must clearly present their contributions, methodology, and results, ensurig academic rigor in their writing and presentation.

The journal is intended for academics, researchers, and professionals interested in contributing to scientific development in the aforementioned fields.

The journal follows an open - access model; therefore, no fees are charged to authors during the review and publication process, nor to readers interested in accessing the published articles.

The journal is  published annually, with one volume issued per year, without prejudice to the possible publication of special issues whenever academic circumstances warrant it.
