Design and implementation of a trackside billing system for service stations

Abstract

The paper presents an on-track billing system for service stations. It consists of three elements: a billing device based on a PIC18F67J11, a communication module based on the Arduino platform, and JAVA-based software that manages a billing communication system and controls information from the system database.
