Resumen

La investigación efectuada denominada “ESTRATEGIA DIDÁCTICA PARA EL DESARROLLO DE HABILIDADES COMUNICATIVAS ORALES EN LA CARRERA  DE TECNOLOGÍA EN CIENCIAS MILITARES DE LA ESFORSE”, empezó realizando un diagnóstico a la actual educación superior, en la que resulta necesario que los docentes utilicen estrategias didácticas, más aun cuando se han profesionalizado en una carrera distinta a la docencia y carecen de pedagogía para transmitir los conocimientos, es por ello importante y actual la aplicación de estrategias didácticas ya que estas son la planificación del proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje donde el tutor elige las técnicas y actividades que puede utilizar a fin de alcanzar los objetivos del curso. La modalidad de la investigación empleada fue cuali-cuantitativa y el tipo de investigación que se aplicó, es la no experimental en su diseño transversal. Los métodos utilizados fueron: inductivo- deductivo y dialectico-histórico. Se obtuvo datos estadísticos a través de la técnica de la encuesta aplicada a los Aspirantes de segundo año de la Escuela de Formación de Soldados ESFORSE. La metodología investigativa integró métodos, técnicas e instrumentos aplicados en el proceso de investigación, dentro de la línea de Procesos Didácticos. El estudio propuso la utilización de una estrategia didáctica para que los Aspirantes de la Carrera de Tecnología en Ciencias Militares puedan desarrollar las habilidades comunicativas orales en el aula, con el fin de garantizar la formación profesional.

Abstract

Carried out research called "DIDACTIC STRATEGY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ORAL COMMUNICATIVE SKILLS IN THE CAREER OF TECHNOLOGY IN MILITARY SCIENCES OF ESFORSE”, began by making a diagnosis of current higher education, in which it is necessary for teachers to use didactic strategies, even more when they have become professionalized in a career other than teaching and lack pedagogy to transmit knowledge, it is therefore important and current to apply didactic strategies since these are the planning of the teaching-learning process where the tutor chooses the techniques and activities that you can use in order to achieve the objectives of the course. The modality of the research used was qualitative-quantitative and the type of research that was applied is non-experimental in its cross-sectional design. The methods used were: inductive-deductive and dialectical-historical. Statistical data was obtained through the survey technique applied to the second-year applicants of the ESFORSE Soldier Training School. The research methodology integrated methods, techniques and instruments applied in the research process, within the Didactic Processes line. Study proposed the use of a didactic strategy so that the Applicants of the Technology Career in Military Sciences can develop oral communication skills in the classroom, in order to guarantee professional training.
