S&M Operational Tactical Backpack (M.O.T. S&M),

Abstract

In this work, problems affecting military personnel were identified and solutions were proposed through the design of the S&M Tactical Operations Backpack. This backpack aims to provide a versatile and safe tool, utilizing materials, accessories, and technology to facilitate its use, with the objective of minimizing risks in special operations, airborne operations, organized river crossings, and riverine operations. In recent years, our military personnel have suffered accidental injuries in various activities, both in real operations and during instruction and/or training, due to the physical demands of their professional tasks. Tactical backpacks offer greater security, comfort, and ergonomics compared to traditional or standard-issue backpacks.
