Study of the behavior of a metropolitan MANET Ad-Hoc network based on routing protocols

Abstract

In this article, the behavior of a metropolitan area network is determined under the IEEE 802.16 standard for both fixed and mobile nodes using NCTUns, considering the behavior of the routing protocols. The results show the transmission speeds that can be obtained in Mesh networks and the maximum distance at which the nodes and the base radio station can be found.
