Abstract

This study focused on investigating the innovative impact of the PARTIDI programme, designed to train and develop resilience
capacities in adolescents. The phenomenon was explored to understand and explain the progress, processes, and
experiences of a selected group of program participants and mediators. The objective was to analyze how the socio-educational
program PARTIDÍ contributed to the development of resilience in young people between 2008 and 2014. Using
semi-structured interviews, the research adopted a qualitative methodology, with an exploratory design. The work showed
practices that express the development of resilience during their participation in the program and how the learnings lasted
over time. All the interviewees agreed that the program had a significant impact on them, highlighting changes in their
thinking and perception in the face of adverse situations. It is concluded that it is necessary to replicate and deepen similar
studies to evaluate the incidence and effects of community projects and programs on children and young people, developed
by other organizations. These programs not only strengthen the self-confidence, self-worth, self-perception, and
autonomy of the participants, but also offer opportunities for integral development, fostering the capacity for discernment
and progress in various aspects of their lives.
