Abstract

Since the appearance of human beings, a way to take refuge from the vicissitudes of nature has been sought and with the passage of time it has become a status and way of life that marks the social development of people and society. The economic and financial situation of a large number of the population means that it is not so easy to acquire a home, adding to this that, in certain cases, the direct administration of the work is seen as a savings option without looking into the possible future. technical problems that could arise. Direct costs are more visible when projecting expenses, but indirect costs cannot be lost sight of since they have an impact on the construction of a home. The objective is to identify the indirect costs to determine the percentage of relationship they have on the direct costs and their impact on the preparation of the construction budget. An analysis of the available bibliography was carried out, as well as the national and international approach to the subject to standardize its application. The results indicate that, although direct costs are the ones that have the greatest influence and represent a large percentage of the established budget, indirect costs exert their influence on the budget, contributing to having a much clearer financial picture with which a project must be executed. real estate. A budget matrix is proposed with all the items involved in civil construction.
